Rewards Program Policy

  1. From time to time, Mapletrite may make certain offers (“Offers”) for various rewards, such as discounts or credits (“Rewards”) through Mapletrite Platform.
  2. Customers with a verified Mapletrite account may be eligible to earn Rewards through Mapletrite Platform.
  3. Rewards offered by Mapletrite are earned according to the eligibility requirements, terms and conditions of Offers set by Mapletrite.
  4. Rewards are tracked, and you can view your Rewards on the Mapletrite Platform. Rewards may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and restrictions of Offers that are set by us or participating Merchants. Subject to applicable law, such terms, conditions, and restrictions may be updated, modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time without notice to you. Offers may not be made available to all users or in certain jurisdictions.
  5. Descriptions of Offers and Rewards may include inaccuracies or typographical or other errors. You agree that Mapletrite will in no way be responsible for such errors and that Mapletrite reserves the right to correct them when they are discovered. Also, Mapletrite reserves the right to cancel all transactions affected by such errors, refund all amounts paid and cancel all Rewards progress associated with such transactions without any liability.
  6. Your friends must be new users for them to use the promo code, and they may not previously have executed a transaction through Mapletrite Platform.
  7. Mapletrite reserves the right to apply our fraud protection procedures and ask for all necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) related documentation before processing your friends' transactions. Please see our general terms of use and privacy policy.
  8. Mapletrite reserves the right to reject or cancel an invited reward amount for any legitimate reason in case of misuse of the Referral Program, creation of non-genuine user accounts, or non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the promotion can include but is not limited to:

Non-compliance with applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction

Creating multiple or non-genuine accounts; and

Making non-genuine payments.

  1. How the referral works
    • Your friend must sign up with your unique referral code.
    • They are to send a minimum of $100 in their first transaction.
    • You and your friend are credited a bonus of $5 each once the transaction is completed.

Please Note: For every friend that signs up with your unique referral code and sends the specified
minimum amount, we will credit your account! When the person with whom you’ve shared your referral
code signs up, make sure they add your invite code in the invite code field on the sign-up form.

  1. How to withdraw my Referral bonus to make a referral withdrawal, it must be done separately. If you are using the web, click on the three black lines by the top right, click on refer a friend. You will see your referral point and under the point, there is a prompt to withdraw, click on it to make a withdrawal.

 

If you are using the app, under your referral balance, there is a prompt there that says withdraw, click on it to make a withdrawal.

Mapletrite may, in its sole discretion, modify, amend or terminate this Referral Program at any time.
